In November 2022, the quantity of balancing electricity, purchased (sold) through ESCO was 305 584 061.5 kWh, which represents 26% of total delivery to the grid in mentioned month. The cost of balancing electricity has made up GEL 44 174 789.1.

In November the Weighted Average Price of balancing electricity per kWh made up 14.4558551 Tetri, while the price of balancing electricity of the deregulated hydro power plants was 13.049 Tetri.
From December 10, 2022, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “Energy Development Georgia” LTD (in the part of Sashuala HPP) to take part in the wholesale trade as Power Plant - During The Test Run and/or Complex Testing, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
On November 19-23, 2022, in the city of Lisbon, the "European Youth Energy Forum" (EYEF2022) was held, in which Ana Tomaradze, head of the legal department of JSC “Electricity System Commercial Operator” participated from Georgia.

From November 2, 2022, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the LLC “Aisi” to take part in the wholesale trade as a Small Power Plant in the part of Akhalkalaki 1 HPP, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From November 10, 2022, the Electricity Market Operator has cancelled the registration of LLC “Aisi”, in the part of Akhalkalaki 2 HPP, as a Power Plant - During the Test Run and/or a Comprehensive Testing and in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”, it is no more considered as a wholesale trade participant.

From October 26, 2022, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “Energy Solutions” LLC to take part in the wholesale trade as an importer, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
