Legislative Discussion in Parliament
On February 13, 2019, the Head of ESCO’s International and Investor Relations Department Mrs. Tamar Tsurtsumia spoke at the Georgian Parliament and reviewed the requirements of the Energy Community Agreement and a new draft energy law of Georgia, as well as the reforms that should be implemented in the energy sector based on these requirements. The session was attended by the chairmen and members of the branch committees and the Committee on European Integration. The sessions on this topic will be continued on February 15-16, in which the representatives of leading entities and companies in the industry will take part together with the Members of Parliament. The sessions are held on the initiative of the Committee on European Integration of Georgian Parliament and with the support of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation.
