From January 1, 2025, the Electricity Market Operator has registered “Techsprint Corporation” LLC to take part in the wholesale trade as Direct Customer, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From December 31, 2024, the Electricity Market Operator has cancelled the registration of “Protech Corporation” LLC as a Direct Consumer and in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”, it is no more considered as a wholesale trade participant.
From December 31, 2024, the Electricity Market Operator has cancelled the registration of “Huan Hy Energy” JSC as a Direct Consumer and in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”, it is no more considered as a wholesale trade participant.
In December 2024, the quantity of balancing electricity, purchased (sold) through ESCO was 540 880 240.2 kWh, which represents 43% of total delivery to the grid in mentioned month. The cost of balancing electricity has made up GEL 88 705 482.

In December, the Weighted Average Price of balancing electricity per kWh made up 16.4050636 Tetri, while the price of balancing electricity of the deregulated hydro power plants was 12.52Tetri.
We would like to inform you that, in accordance with the Government of Georgia's Resolution N441 (dated December 24, 2024), "On the Determination of Public Holidays," the first business day of 2025 is January 13. From this date, the registration period for direct electricity contracts will commence.

From December 19, 2024, the Electricity Market Operator has registered “AITECH SOLUTIONS” LLC to take part in the wholesale trade as Direct Customer, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From December 18, 2024, the Electricity Market Operator has cancelled the registration of “BFDC GEORGIA” LLC as a Direct Consumer and in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”, it is no more considered as a wholesale trade participant.
In November 2024, the quantity of balancing electricity, purchased (sold) through ESCO was 490 315 212.4 kWh, which represents 42% of total delivery to the grid in mentioned month. The cost of balancing electricity has made up GEL 75 957 772.

From December 10, 2024, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “Power Bridge” LLC to take part in the wholesale trade as a Wholesale Supplier of Electricity, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From November 22, 2024, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “ET Synergy” LLC to take part in the wholesale trade as a Wholesale Supplier of Electricity, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
