From July 17, 2026, the Electricity Market Operator, in accordance with the Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules, has registered Hydro 4 LLC as a participant in the wholesale electricity market, in respect of Korsha HPP, Roshka 1 HPP, Roshka 2 HPP, and Roshka 3 HPP, under the category of a small power plant.
On July 16, 2026, the Electricity Market Operator, in accordance with the Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules, cancelled the wholesale market participant registration of “GTM Group” LLC, in respect of Korsha HPP, Roshka 1 HPP, Roshka 2 HPP, and Roshka 3 HPP, under the category of a small power plant.
From July 20, 2026, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “Luk Energy” LLC to take part in the wholesale trade a Free Supplier, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.

Accordingly, pursuant to the Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules, the company is no longer a participant in the wholesale electricity market.

In June 2026, the quantity of balancing electricity, purchased (sold) through ESCO was 141 178 147.8 kWh, which represents 13% of total delivery to the grid in mentioned month. The cost of balancing electricity has made up GEL 19 753 993.05.

In June, the Weighted Average Price of balancing electricity per kWh made up 14.099353910 Tetri, while the price of balancing electricity of the deregulated hydro power plants was 4.021 Tetri.
From July 07, 2026, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “Tchiora HPP” LLC to take part in the wholesale trade as Direct Customer, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From July 02, 2025, the Electricity Market Operator has cancelled the registration of “Tchiora HPP” LLC, in the part of Chiora HPP, as a Power Plant During the Test Run and/or a Comprehensive Testing and in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”, it is no more considered as a wholesale trade participant.
