From May 11, 2026, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “CitiVolt LLC” LLC to take part in the wholesale trade as Wholesale Electricity Supplier, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.

From April 28, 2026, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “CitiVolt” LLC to take part in the wholesale trade as Free Supplier, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From April 18, 2026, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “Zemo Wind” LLC to take part in the wholesale trade as a Generation Licensee in the part of Zemo Wind Power Plant, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From April 17, 2026, the Electricity Market Operator has cancelled the registration of “Zemo Wind” LLC, in the part of Zemo Wind Power Plant, as a Power Plant - During the Test Run and/or a Comprehensive Testing and in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”, it is no more considered as a wholesale trade participant.
From April 23, 2026, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “Terralink” LLC to take part in the wholesale trade as Exporter and Importer, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From April 16, 2026, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “Bakhvi 2” LLC (in the part of Bakhvi 2b) to take part in the wholesale trade as Power Plant - During The Test Run And/Or Complex Testing, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From April 17, 2026, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “”Parvus Basra” LLC to take part in the wholesale trade as a Small Power Plant in the part of Basra 2 HPP, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From April 16, 2026, the Electricity Market Operator has cancelled the registration of “Parvus Basra” LLC, in the part of Basra 2 HPP, as a Power Plant - During the Test Run and/or a Comprehensive Testing and in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”, it is no more considered as a wholesale trade participant.
In March 2026, the quantity of balancing electricity, purchased (sold) through ESCO was 444 398 911.1 kWh, which represents 34% of total delivery to the grid in mentioned month. The cost of balancing electricity has made up GEL 68 370 354.35

In March, the Weighted Average Price of balancing electricity per kWh made up 15.425031382 Tetri, while the price of balancing electricity of the deregulated hydro power plants was 11.679 Tetri.
