Settlement Indicators of September 2025
In September 2025, the quantity of balancing electricity, purchased (sold) through ESCO was 328,710,480.3 kWh, which represents 30% of total delivery to the grid in mentioned month. The cost of balancing electricity has made up GEL 52,336,988.9.

In September, the Weighted Average Price of balancing electricity per kWh made up 15.9813259Tetri, while the price of balancing electricity of the deregulated hydro power plants was 11.781 Tetri.

On 6 November, the General Director of the Electricity Market Operator (ESCO), Mr. Tornike Kazarashvili, took part in the Georgia Energy Exhibition and Forum “GEEF-2025”. From November 1, 2025, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the LLC “Kasleti 1” to take part in the wholesale trade as a Small Power Plant in the part of Kasleti 1 HPP, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.

From October 31, 2025, the Electricity Market Operator has cancelled the registration of LLC “Kasleti 1”, in the part of Kasleti 1 HPP, as a Power Plant - During the Test Run and/or a Comprehensive Testing and in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”, it is no more considered as a wholesale trade participant.
