From September 19, 2025, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “Kasleti 1” LLC (in the part of Kasleti 1 HPP) to take part in the wholesale trade as Power Plant - During The Test Run And/Or Complex Testing, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From September 12, 2025, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “Alazani Solar” LLC (in the part of Kistauri Solar Power Plant) to take part in the wholesale trade as Power Plant - During The Test Run And/Or Complex Testing, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
In August 2025, the quantity of balancing electricity, purchased (sold) through ESCO was 382 027 415.2kWh, which represents 28% of total delivery to the grid in mentioned month. The cost of balancing electricity has made up GEL 63 254 500.

In August, the Weighted Average Price of balancing electricity per kWh made up 16.6590099 Tetri, while the price of balancing electricity of the deregulated hydro power plants was 4.021 Tetri.
From September 03, 2025, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “Kakheti Solar” LLC (in the part of Gamarjveba Solar Power Plant) to take part in the wholesale trade as Power Plant - During The Test Run And/Or Complex Testing, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From August 27, 2025, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “Alazani Solar” LLC (in the part of Khirsa Solar Power Plant) to take part in the wholesale trade as Power Plant - During The Test Run And/Or Complex Testing, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From August 22, 2025, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “Alazani Solar” LLC (in the part of Jugaani Solar Power Plant) to take part in the wholesale trade as Power Plant - During The Test Run And/Or Complex Testing, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From August 23, 2025, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “Chiora hesi” LLC to take part in the wholesale trade as Direct Customer, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From August 22, 2025, the Electricity Market Operator has cancelled the registration of LLC “Chiora Hesi”, in the part of Chiora HPP, as a Power Plant - During the Test Run and/or a Comprehensive Testing and in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”, it is no more considered as a wholesale trade participant.
In July 2025, the quantity of balancing electricity, purchased (sold) through ESCO was 197 749 788.1 kWh, which represents 14% of total delivery to the grid in mentioned month. The cost of balancing electricity has made up GEL 31 138 489.5.

From August 1, 2025, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “El-Hub” LLC (in the part of Kaspi Solar Power Plant) to take part in the wholesale trade as Power Plant - During The Test Run And/Or Complex Testing, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
