In October, the Weighted Average Price of balancing electricity per kWh made up 14.4339296 Tetri, while the price of balancing electricity of the deregulated hydro power plants was 12.713 Tetri.
During the mentioned reporting period, the balancing electricity, purchased by ESCO, mainly consisted of imported electricity. The share of hydro power plants in total volume of balancing electricity was 36%, the share of thermal power plants – 26%, the share of wind farm 1% and the share of import – 37%.

In October 2024, the share of balancing electricity purchased by direct consumers from ESCO was 4.3% in total volume of balancing electricity.
