Modified Contractual Application Form of the Direct Contract

The revised contractual application form, ratified on April 3, 2024, has been modified in accordance with Clause 4 of Sub-clause 8 of Ministerial Decree No. 77, issued by the Minister of Energy of Georgia on August 30, 2006, concerning the "Approval of the Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules" endorsed by JSC “Commercial Operator of the Electric System” and JSC “Georgian State Electrosystem.”.
