In October, the Weighted Average Price of balancing electricity per kWh made up 15.0023972 Tetri, while the price of balancing electricity of the deregulated hydro power plants was 11.733 Tetri.
During the mentioned reporting period, the balancing electricity, purchased by ESCO, mainly consisted of the electricity generated by HPP’s. The share of hydro power plants in total volume of balancing electricity was 84%, the share of wind farm 6.2%, the share of TPP’s –9.8% and share of import – 0%.

In October 2023, the share of balancing electricity purchased by direct consumers from ESCO was 4 % in total volume of balancing electricity.
