An “Electronic Portal for Contract Registration” has been launched on the ESCO website.

From August 2024, the Electricity System Commercial Operator introduced a significant innovation to the sector. Starting from this period, ESCO, in collaboration with the Dispatch Licensee, began the electronic registration of direct contracts and contractual applications based on the changes made to the Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules on 2nd August 2024. This is facilitated through the “Electronic Portal for Contract Registration” available on ESCO's website. After extensive and labor-intensive efforts, direct contracts have now been digitized. From this period onwards, qualified enterprises can submit registration applications via the ESCO web portal.
