ESCO participates in the general assembly of the "Association of European Power Exchanges" (EUROPEX)

Mr. Alexander Papiashvili, Deputy General Director of ESCO, and Mrs. Tamar Tsurtsumia, Head of International and Investments Relations Department participated in the general assembly of the "Association of European Power Exchanges" (EUROPEX) on behalf of the Electricity System Commercial Operator. The general assembly was held in Brussels.

EUROPEX - "Association of European Power Exchanges" unites 34 European member companies. It is a European business association of energy exchanges, market operators, and delegated operators, which aims to promote the development of the European regulatory framework for wholesale energy trading and a discussion platform for organizations. The organization also supports members on regional and national policy issues that contribute to the development of European wholesale energy markets.

ESCO, as an electricity market operator, has been an associate member of EUROPEX since 2015.
