The General Director of ESCO, Mr. Kakhaber Keburia participated in the visit of the Georgian delegation to Australia.

Within the framework of a representative visit of the Georgian public sector to Sydney, Australia, Mr. Kakhaber Keburia, General Director of the “Electricity System Commercial Operator”, participated in the project "Energy and Hydrogen Sector Security Preparation Program," organized by the Spanish project consortium "Mercados Aries International SA" and the German energy company "INTEGRATION Umwelt und Energie GmbH."

The visit of the Georgian delegation was organized by the Asian Development Bank (ADB), which supports the implementation of Georgia's technical assistance project, "Preparation of Energy Security and Hydrogen Sector Development Program."

The Georgian delegation to Australia was led by the First Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development, Mr. Romeo Mikautadze. Together with ESCO Director General Mr. Kakhaber Keburia, the delegation included representatives of the Georgian Ministries of Economy, Sustainable Development, and Finance, the State Electricity System, the Energy Development Fund, and the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission of Georgia.

The Georgian delegation's goal was to share Australia's experience in the field of energy storage systems and green hydrogen development prospects. Introduction of technological approaches and building new relationships with Australian energy companies.
