Visit of the Nepalese Delegation to ESCO

A delegation of representatives from the energy sector of Nepal visited ESCO. 

The Electricity Market Operator acquainted the guests with the structure of the Georgian electricity market and the ongoing reform process, as a result of which the country's electricity sector will be significantly developed and its competitiveness in the region will be increased.

  The government delegation of Nepal, led by the Minister of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation, Toyanat Adhikari, is visiting Georgia for a week as part of USAID Project Development of Hydropower of Nepal, to be introduced to the energy infrastructure and reforms taking place in the Georgian energy sector.
