From April 01, 2017, will be cancelled the registration of “Marneulhesi 1931” Ltd as a Direct Customer by the Electricity Market Operator and in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”, it will be no more considered as a wholesale trade participant.
From March 30, 2017, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “Marneulhesi 1931” LTD to take part in the wholesale trade as Small Power Plant, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From April 01, 2017, will be cancelled the registration of “ACHAR ENERGY-2007” Ltd as a Direct Customer by the Electricity Market Operator and in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”, it will be no more considered as a wholesale trade participant.
From March 24, 2017, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “ACHAR ENERGY-2007” LTD to take part in the wholesale trade as Generation Licensee, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From March 15, 2017, the Electricity Market Operator has cancelled the registration of “ACHAR ENERGY-2007” LTD as a Power Plant - During the Test Run and/or a Comprehensive Testing and in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”, it is no more considered as a wholesale trade participant.
From March 16, 2017, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “ACHAR ENERGY” LTD to take part in the wholesale trade as Direct Customer, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.

On March 3, the Hotel "Ambasadori Kachreti" in Kakheti hosted the workshop for the ESCO managers and the representatives of USAID's contractor companies (HICD 2020 and GEC). The workshop was dedicated to the presentation of the activity report of the Project “Development of Human and Institutional Capacity” as well as to the planning of future activities of the project aimed at the development of ESCO’s human resources.
Business meeting with the World Bank representatives: Mr. Joseph Melitauri (Senior Operations Officer, Europe & Central Asia Region Energy & Extractives Global Practice) and Mr. Nodar Mosashvili (Financial Consultant) was held at the office of ESCO. Number of issues about the ESCO’s financial performance and related forecast were discussed, as the ESCO’s financial stability is an important factor for the World Bank in terms of investments in this field.
