From September 06, 2017, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “SAGA TRADING” Ltd to take part in the wholesale trade as importer, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules” .
Electricity Market Operator has made amendments to the data of JSC "Energo-Pro Georgia" which is registered as participant of the wholesale trade.
From August 25, 2017, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “HYDRO DEVELOPMENT COMPANY” LTD to take part in the wholesale trade as a Small Power Plant, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From August 24, 2017, the Electricity Market Operator has cancelled the registration of “HYDRO DEVELOPMENT COMPANY” LTD as a Power Plant - During the Test Run and/or a Comprehensive Testing and in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”, it is no more considered as a wholesale trade participant.
The representative delegation of ESCO is visiting the International Specialized Exhibition ASTANA EXPO - 2017 on August 15-16-17.
From August 11, 2017, the Electricity Market Operator has registered LLC “Hydro Development Company” to take part in the wholesale trade as Power Plant - During The Test Run And/Or Complex Testing, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From August 14, 2017, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “Energy Gas and Power” Ltd to take part in the wholesale trade as exporter, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules” .
From August 14, 2017, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “Energy Gas and Power” Ltd to take part in the wholesale trade as importer, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
In July 2017, the quantity of balancing electricity, purchased (sold) through ESCO was 57 794 013.3 kWh, which represents 5% of total delivery to the grid in mentioned month. The cost of Balancing Electricity have made up GEL 6 885 629.12.

In July, the Weighted Average Price of balancing electricity per kWh made up 11.9140872 Tetri, while the price of balancing electricity of the deregulated hydro power plants was 1.496 Tetri/kWh
From August 05, 2017, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the JSC „AE-SGI Energy I“ to take part in the wholesale trade as Small Power Plant, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules” .
