From April 27, 2018, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “Clean Energy” Ltd to take part in the wholesale trade as importer, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From April 27, 2018, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “Clean Energy” LTD to take part in the wholesale trade as exporter, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules” .
On April 23, 2018, ESCO announced the electronic tender (SPA 180004112) on purchase of a server with the estimated value of GEL 390000 (including VAT). The deadline for bidding expires on May 14, 2018, at 13:00.
From April 19, 2018, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “KHEORI HPP” LTD to take part in the wholesale trade as Power Plant - During The Test Run And/Or Complex Testing, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
On April 18, 2018, the employees of Electricity Market Operator made a selfless donation to support the elimination of Georgian Blood Bank's blood deficit. Donating blood by one donor means at least one saved life. We are very pleased that, at the initiative of Georgian Blood Bank, ESCO was able to conduct such an act of goodwill.
On April 19, 2018, the Electronic Tender (SPA 170003997) was announced on purchase of stationery goods, which cost GEL 1 800. The deadline for bidding is on April 27, 2018, at 13:30.
In March 2018, the quantity of balancing electricity, purchased (sold) through ESCO was 282 062 171.9 kWh, which represents 25% of total delivery to the grid in mentioned month. The cost of balancing electricity have made up 34 488 169.8 GEL.

In March, the Weighted Average Price of balancing electricity per kWh made up 12.2271518 Tetri, while the price of balancing electricity of the deregulated hydro power plants was 11.248 Tetri/kWh.
From April 11, 2018, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “HYDROENERGY” LTD to take part in the wholesale trade as a Small Power Plant, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From April 10, 2018, the Electricity Market Operator has cancelled the registration of “HYDROENERGY” LTD as a Power Plant - During the Test Run and/or a Comprehensive Testing and in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”, it is no more considered as a wholesale trade participant.
From March 19, 2018, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “HYDROENERGY” LTD to take part in the wholesale trade as Power Plant - During The Test Run And/Or Complex Testing, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
