ESCO announced an electronic tender (SPA 180014927) for the purchase of a fire alarm system to protect the server on September 17, 2018. Estimated cost of this tender is GEL 31000. The deadline for submission of the tender offer ends on September 25, 2018 at 13:00.
In August 2018, the quantity of balancing electricity, purchased (sold) through ESCO was 178 322 147.1 kWh, which represents 17% of total delivery to the grid in mentioned month. The cost of balancing electricity have made up GEL 21 146 639.06.

In August, the Weighted Average Price of balancing electricity per kWh made up 11.8587866 Tetri, while the price of balancing electricity of the deregulated hydro power plants was 1.818 Tetri/kWh.
On September 11, 2018, ESCO announced the electronic tender for the procurement of car wash service – NAT 180014562. Approximate contractual cost of the procurement is GEL 2 070.
The deadline for submission of the tender offer is September 19, 2018.
On 4-6 September this year, as part of the technical support of the Energy Community, the representatives of Georgian Electricity Market Operator (ESCO) and Georgian National Commission for Regulation of Energy and Water Supply GNERC) were on a business trip to Slovenia, Ljubljana. Meetings were held with the Slovenian Electricity Market Operator (BORZEN), which, within the framework of the mentioned technical assistance, will prepare the recommendations for establish a competitive market (day-ahead and hourly market) in Georgia.
On September 5, 2018, ESCO announced the electronic tender (SPA180007388) for the repair and maintenance of vehicles. The approximate contract value of the procurement object is GEL 2 850, whereas the price-current is GEL 160 615.
The deadline for submission of the tender offer is September 14, 2018.
From August 23, 2018, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “ENERGO-PRO GEORGIA” JSC to take part in the wholesale trade as Direct Customer, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
In July 2018, the quantity of balancing electricity, purchased (sold) through ESCO was 68 714 530.5 kWh, which represents 5% of total delivery to the grid in mentioned month. The cost of balancing electricity have made up GEL 6 136 930.

Please be informed, that changes to the Standard Conditions of Direct Contract on selling Balancing Electricity, to the Standard Conditions of Direct Contract on purchasing Balancing Electricity, to the Standard Conditions of Contract on selling Guaranteed Capacity and to the Standard Conditions of Contract on purchasing Guaranteed Capacity made by the the Decisions N61/16, N61/17, N61/18, N61/19 of 26 July 2018 of Georgian National Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission have been registered by Dispatch Licensee in accordance with the legislation.
Please be informed, that the Georgian National Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission made changes to the Standard Conditions of Direct Contract on selling Balancing Electricity, to the Standard Conditions of Direct Contract on purchasing Balancing Electricity, to the Standard Conditions of Contract on selling Guaranteed Capacity and to the Standard Conditions of Contract on purchasing Guaranteed Capacity according to the Decisions of N61/16, N61/17, N61/18, N61/19 of 26 July 2018.
From July 28, 2018, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “KASLETI 2” LTD to take part in the wholesale trade as a Small Power Plant, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
