From April 19, 2022, the Electricity Market Operator has cancelled the registration of LLC “Aquahydro”, in the part of Nakra HPP, as a Power Plant - During the Test Run and/or a Comprehensive Testing and in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”, it is no more considered as a wholesale trade participant.
From April 20, 2022, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the LLC “Chordula HPP” to take part in the wholesale trade as Power Plant - During The Test Run And/Or Complex Testing, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From April 19, 2022, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “Mina” JSC to take part in the wholesale trade as Direct Customer, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From May 1, 2022, the Electricity Market Operator has cancelled the registration of "KHERTVIS - HESI" LTD (In part of Khertvisi HPP) as a Small Power Plant and in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”, it is no more considered as a wholesale trade participant.
In March 2022, the quantity of balancing electricity, purchased (sold) through ESCO was 379 501 356.4 kWh, which represents 28% of total delivery to the grid in mentioned month. The cost of balancing electricity has made up GEL 69 527 746.

In March the Weighted Average Price of balancing electricity per kWh made up 18.3213585 Tetri, while the price of balancing electricity of the deregulated hydro power plants was 13.375 Tetri.
From March 8, 2022, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “Black Sea Energy Trading” LLC to take part in the wholesale trade as a wholesale supplier of electricity, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From April 8, 2022, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “Black Sea Energy Trading” LLC to take part in the wholesale trade as an importer, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From April 8, 2022, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “Black Sea Energy Trading” LLC to take part in the wholesale trade as exporter, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From April 04, 2022, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “HydroEnergy” LLC (in the part of Akhatani HPP) to take part in the wholesale trade as Power Plant - During The Test Run And/Or Complex Testing, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From March 30, 2022, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “Berali Hesi” LTD to take part in the wholesale trade as a Small Power Plant in the part of Berali HPP, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
