From May 19, 2023, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “H2” LLC to take part in the wholesale trade as an exporter, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
In April 2023, the quantity of balancing electricity, purchased (sold) through ESCO was 303 703 625.7 kWh, which represents 24% of total delivery to the grid in mentioned month. The cost of balancing electricity has made up GEL 41 989 318.

In April, the Weighted Average Price of balancing electricity per kWh made up 13.7384748 Tetri, while the price of balancing electricity of the deregulated hydro power plants was 11.668 Tetri.
From May 5, 2023, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “Bildi” LLC (in the part of Dmanisi HPP) to take part in the wholesale trade as Power Plant - During The Test Run And/Or Complex Testing, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From May 4, 2023, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “SYN FIZ” LLC to take part in the wholesale trade as the Direct Customer, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From May 1, 2023, the Electricity Market Operator has cancelled the registration of “Maksania 2014” LLC (In part of Maksania HPP) as a Small Power Plant and in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”, it is no more considered as a wholesale trade participant.
From April 27, 2023, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “Energy Trading Group” LLC to take part in the wholesale trade as an exporter, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From April 21, 2023, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “Cross Energy” LLC to take part in the wholesale trade as an exporter, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From April 21, 2023, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “Cross Energy” LLC to take part in the wholesale trade as a Wholesale Supplier of Electricity, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
In March 2023, the quantity of balancing electricity, purchased (sold) through ESCO was 314 192 163.2 kWh, which represents 19% of total delivery to the grid in mentioned month. The cost of balancing electricity has made up GEL 43 621 040.

From March 30, 2023, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “AIS” LLC to take part in the wholesale trade as exporter, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
