From August 27, 2021, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “PARVUS GROUP” LTD (in the part of “ROSHKA 2” HPP) to take part in the wholesale trade as Power Plant - During The Test Run And/Or Complex Testing, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From August 26, 2021, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “PARVUS GROUP” LTD (in the part of “ROSHKA 3” HPP) to take part in the wholesale trade as Power Plant - During The Test Run And/Or Complex Testing, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From August 13, 2021, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “AQUAENERGY GEORGIA” LTD to take part in the wholesale trade as a Small Power Plant in the part of “TBILISI SEA” HPP, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From August 12, 2021, the Electricity Market Operator has cancelled the registration of “AQUAENERGY GEORGIA” LTD, in the part of TBILISI SEA HPP, as a Power Plant - During the Test Run and/or a Comprehensive Testing and in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”, it is no more considered as a wholesale trade participant.
In July 2021, the quantity of balancing electricity, purchased (sold) through ESCO was 229 685 932,24 kWh, which represents 19% of total delivery to the grid in mentioned month. The cost of balancing electricity has made up GEL 25 610 934,6.

In July, the Weighted Average Price of balancing electricity per kWh made up 11,1504150 Tetri, while the price of balancing electricity of the deregulated hydro power plants was 1.857 Tetri.
Please be informed, that changes to the Standard Conditions of Direct Contract on selling Balancing Electricity and Standard Conditions of Direct Contract on Selling Guaranteed Capacity made by the Decisions N35/23 and N35/24 of 29 July 2021 of Georgian National Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission have been registered by Dispatch Licensee in accordance with the legislation.
From July 23, 2021, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the "TBILISI ELECTRICITY RETAIL COMPANY" LTD to take part in the wholesale trade as exporter, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
In June 2021, the quantity of balancing electricity, purchased (sold) through ESCO was 148 653 325,90 kWh, which represents 11% of total delivery to the grid in mentioned month. The cost of balancing electricity has made up GEL 20 670 444.

In June, the Weighted Average Price of balancing electricity per kWh made up 13,9051338 Tetri, while the price of balancing electricity of the deregulated hydro power plants was 1.857 Tetri.
From July 13, 2021, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “TBILISI ELECTRICITY RETAIL COMPANY” LTD to take part in the wholesale trade as electricity wholesale supplier, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
