The deadline for submission of bids is March 4, 2021, at 12:00.
In January 2021, the quantity of balancing electricity, purchased (sold) through ESCO was 346 047 856.0 kWh, which represents 29% of total delivery to the grid in mentioned month. The cost of balancing electricity has made up GEL 54 064 795.8.

In January, the Weighted Average Price of balancing electricity per kWh made up 15.6235026 Tetri, while the price of balancing electricity of the deregulated hydro power plants was 12.304 Tetri.
From February 05, 2021, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “RSM CORP” LTD to take part in the wholesale trade as Direct Customer, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From February 02, 2021, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “ENERGY DEVEKOPMENT GEORGIA” LTD to take part in the wholesale trade as a Small Power Plant in the part of “SASHUALA HPP 1”, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From February 01, 2021, the Electricity Market Operator has cancelled the registration of “ENERGY DEVELOPMENT GEORGIA” LTD, in the part of SASHUALA HPP 1, as a Power Plant - During the Test Run and/or a Comprehensive Testing and in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”, it is no more considered as a wholesale trade participant.
From January 27, 2021, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “ADJARISTSQALI GEORGIA” LTD (in the part of “SKHALTA” HPP) to take part in the wholesale trade as Power Plant - During The Test Run And/Or Complex Testing, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From January 26, 2021, the Electricity Market Operator has cancelled the registration of “ADJARISTSQALI GEORGIA” LTD as a Direct Customer and in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”, it is no more considered as a wholesale trade participant.
From January 26, 2021, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “RUSTAVI AZOT” LTD to take part in the wholesale trade as importer, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From January 15, 2021, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “ADJARISTSQALI GEORGIA” LTD to take part in the wholesale trade as Direct Customer (in the part of SKHALTA HPP), in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From January 14, 2021, (at 24:00) the Electricity Market Operator has cancelled the registration of “ADJARISTSQALI GEORGIA” LTD (in the part of “SKHALTA HPP”) as a Power Plant - During the Test Run and/or a Comprehensive Testing and in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”, it is no more considered as a wholesale trade participant.
