From December 05, 2019, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “Gardabani Thermal Power Plant 2” LTD (in the part of Gardabani Thermal Power Plant 2) to take part in the wholesale trade as Power Plant - During The Test Run And/Or Complex Testing, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From December 04, 2019, the registration of “Gardabani Thermal Power Plant 2” LTD as Direct Customer is cancelled by the Electricity Market Operator and in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”, it is no more considered as a wholesale trade participant.
For the purchase of one laptop and one printer, on December 03, 2019, ESCO announced NAT190023205 electronic tender with a total estimated cost of GEL 3 288.0. The deadline for submission of bids ends on December 11, 2019 at 14:30.

On November 27, 2019, ESCO announced a tender NAT190022653 with an approximate cost of GEL 4 470 to purchase training services.

From November 19, 2019, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “Energy Development Georgia” LTD (in the part of Sashuala HPP 2) to take part in the wholesale trade as Power Plant - During The Test Run And/Or Complex Testing, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
In October 2019, the quantity of balancing electricity, purchased (sold) through ESCO was 303 279 672.0 kWh, which represents 31% of total delivery to the grid in mentioned month. The cost of balancing electricity have made up GEL 44 545 355.5.

In October, the Weighted Average Price of balancing electricity per kWh made up 14.6878804 Tetri, while the price of balancing electricity of the deregulated hydro power plants was 10.614 Tetri.
From November 14, 2019, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “GABEDA GROUP” Ltd to take part in the wholesale trade as importer, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
