On October 25, 2019, ESCO announced an electronic tender SPA190005073 for the purchase of one laptop and various computer accessories with a total estimated cost of GEL 4 800.0. The deadline for submission of bids ends on November 04, 2019, at 13:30.
From October 24, 2019, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “Gardabani Thermal Power Plant 2” LTD to take part in the wholesale trade as Direct Customer (in the part of Gardabani TPP 2), in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From October 01, 2019, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “Georgian Water and Power” LLC to take part in the wholesale trade as a Small Power Plant in the part of Saguramo HPP, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From October 01, 2019, the registration of “Saguramo Energy” LTD (in the part of Saguramo Hesi) as Small Power Plant is cancelled by the Electricity Market Operator and in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”, it is no more considered as a wholesale trade participant.
From October 17, 2019, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “Trading Solutions” LTD to take part in the wholesale trade as electricity wholesale supplier, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
The Electricity Market Operator had an advisory meeting with the representatives of Spanish Energy Company „Acciona Energy” and EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Business Development Directorate.
In September 2019, the quantity of balancing electricity, purchased (sold) through ESCO was 286 968 458.1 kWh, which represents 29% of total delivery to the grid in mentioned month. The cost of balancing electricity have made up GEL 42 578 920.0.

In September, the Weighted Average Price of balancing electricity per kWh made up 14.8374913 Tetri, while the price of balancing electricity of the deregulated hydro power plants was 10.614 Tetri.
From October 01, 2019, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “PSHAVELA” LDT to take part in the wholesale trade as a Small Power Plant in the part of “PSHAVELA” HPP, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From October 01, 2019, the registration of “GEORGIAN WATER AND POWER” LTD (in the part of “Pshavelahesi”) as Small Power Plant is cancelled by the Electricity Market Operator and in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”, it is no more considered as a wholesale trade participant.
