From January 09, 2020, the Electricity Market Operator has cancelled the registration of “AQUA HYDRO” LTD, in the part of Ifari HPP, as a Power Plant - During the Test Run and/or a Comprehensive Testing and in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”, it is no more considered as a wholesale trade participant.
From December 25, 2019, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “ENERGY DEVELOPMENT GEORGIA” LTD to take part in the wholesale trade as a Small Power Plant in the part of Sashuala HPP 2, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.

For the procurement of vehicle repair and maintenance services, on December 25, 2019, ESCO has announced an electronic tender NAT190025551. The deadline for submission of bids is January 03, 2020.
On December 18, 2019, ESCO announced an electronic tender NAT1900190024871 for the purchase of car wash services. The deadline for submission of bids is December 26, 2019.
For the procurement of vehicle repair and maintenance services, on December 17, 2019, ESCO has announced an electronic tender NAT190024813. The deadline for submission of bids is December 25, 2019.
On November 13, 2019, ESCO announced the electronic tender NAT190024534 for the purchase of Internet services. The application deadline ends December 23, 2019.
On December 13, 2019, ESCO announced the electronic tender NAT190024582 for the purchase of insurance services. The application deadline ends December 24, 2019.
In November 2019, the quantity of balancing electricity, purchased (sold) through ESCO was 288 854 817.6 kWh, which represents 27% of total delivery to the grid in mentioned month. The cost of balancing electricity have made up GEL 44 630 005.5.

In November, the Weighted Average Price of balancing electricity per kWh made up 15.4506703 Tetri, while the price of balancing electricity of the deregulated hydro power plants was 10.614 Tetri.
From December 06, 2019, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “Aqua hydro” Ltd (in the part of Khelra HPP) to take part in the wholesale trade as Power Plant - During The Test Run And/Or Complex Testing, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
