Settlement Indicators of September 2025
In September 2025, the quantity of balancing electricity, purchased (sold) through ESCO was 328,710,480.3 kWh, which represents 30% of total delivery to the grid in mentioned month. The cost of balancing electricity has made up GEL 52,336,988.9.

In September, the Weighted Average Price of balancing electricity per kWh made up 15.9813259Tetri, while the price of balancing electricity of the deregulated hydro power plants was 11.781 Tetri.
During the mentioned reporting period, the balancing electricity, purchased by ESCO, mainly consisted of the electricity generated by HPP’s. The share of hydro power plants in total volume of balancing electricity was 49%, the share of wind farm 2%, the share of TPP’s 47% and share of import – 2%.

In September 2025, the share of balancing electricity purchased by direct consumers from ESCO was 36.62% in total volume of balancing electricity. In September, the Dispatch Licensee bought balancing electricity to cover losses in the transmission network, whose share in the purchase of balancing electricity was 5.56%.
