From January 20, 2019, the Electricity Market Operator has cancelled the registration of “ENERGO-ARAGVI” LTD, in the part of Aragvi 2 HPP, as a Power Plant - During the Test Run and/or a Comprehensive Testing and in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”, it is no more considered as a wholesale trade participant.
In December 2018, the quantity of balancing electricity, purchased (sold) through ESCO was 348 584 006.1 kWh, which represents 29% of total delivery to the grid in mentioned month. The cost of balancing electricity have made up GEL 48 964 320.6.

In December, the Weighted Average Price of balancing electricity per kWh made up 14.0466343 Tetri, while the price of balancing electricity of the deregulated hydro power plants was 11.248 Tetri.
From December 14, 2018, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the JSC "ENERGO-PRO GEORGIA GENERATION" to take part in the wholesale trade as a Generation Licensee in the part of ZAHESI, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From December 14, 2018, the Electricity Market Operator has cancelled the registration of JSC “ZAHESI” as a Generation Licensee (In a part of Zahesi HPP) and Small Power Plant (In a part of Chkhorotskuhesi and Kinkishahesi HPPs) and in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”, it is no more considered as a wholesale trade participant.
From December 14, 2018, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the JSC "ENERGO-PRO GEORGIA GENERATION" to take part in the wholesale trade as a Small Power Plant in the part of CHKHOROTSKUHESI and KINKISHAHESI, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From January 03, 2019, (at 24:00) the Electricity Market Operator has cancelled the registration of “FSHAVI HYDRO” LTD (in the part of “SKURDIDI HPP”) as a Power Plant - During the Test Run and/or a Comprehensive Testing and in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”, it is no more considered as a wholesale trade participant.
From December 28, 2018, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “ENERGO-ARAGVI” LTD (in the part of “Aragvi 2” HPP) to take part in the wholesale trade as Power Plant - During The Test Run And/Or Complex Testing, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
ESCO has announced:
1) The Electronic Tender SPA180009747 for the procurement of insurance service. The estimated cost of procurement object is GEL 6720.00. The deadline for submission of tender proposal ends on December 27, 2018;
2) The Electronic Tender NAT180020752 on the purchase of personal hygiene items. The estimated cost of procurement object is GEL 7760.00. The deadline for submission of tender proposal ends on January 4, 2019.
From December 13, 2018, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “JONOULI 1” LTD to take part in the wholesale trade as a Small Power Plant in the part of “Jonouli 1” HPP, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From December 12, 2018, the Electricity Market Operator has cancelled the registration of “JONOULI” LTD, in the part of Jonouli 1 HPP, as a Power Plant - During the Test Run and/or a Comprehensive Testing and in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”, it is no more considered as a wholesale trade participant.
