Settlement Indicators of December 2025
In December 2025, the quantity of balancing electricity, purchased (sold) through ESCO was 745,527,897.5 kWh, which represents 52% of total delivery to the grid in mentioned month. The cost of balancing electricity has made up GEL 119,591,010.

In December, the Weighted Average Price of balancing electricity per kWh made up 16.0412559 Tetri, while the price of balancing electricity of the deregulated hydro power plants was 11.460 Tetri.
During the mentioned reporting period, the balancing electricity, purchased by ESCO, mainly consisted of the electricity generated by TPP’s. The share of hydro power plants in total volume of balancing electricity was 16.7%, the share of wind farm 0.8%, the share of TPP’s 51.8% and share of import – 30.7%.

In December 2025, the share of balancing electricity purchased by direct consumers from ESCO was 25.427% in total volume of balancing electricity. In December, the Dispatch Licensee bought balancing electricity to cover losses in the transmission network, whose share in the purchase of balancing electricity was 2.847%.
