A meeting of the Electricity Market Operator, the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia and JSC "Energy Development Fund of Georgia" was held in ESCO

On 13 September 2023, Kakhaber Keburia, General Director of the Electricity Market, together with the deputies and heads of relevant departments of ESCO held a working meeting with representatives of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia and JSC "Energy Development Fund of Georgia". During the meeting the terms and conditions of the "Guaranteed Power Purchase Agreement" to be signed with JSC "Chalik Georgia Wind" were discussed.

The JSC "Chalik Georgia Wind" will construct a wind power plant in the Shida Kartli region, near the village of Nigoza, and the generated electricity will be sold through ESCO, in accordance with the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding signed with the Government of Georgia and the "Guaranteed Power Purchase Agreement".
