From January 1, 2016, the JSC Electricity System Commercial Operator canceled the registration of participation in Rustavi Water Kompany Ltd, as the direct customer.

In December 2015, the quantity of balancing electricity purchased (sold) by ESCO accounted for
176 076 272.5 kWh, which represents 17% of total delivery to the grid in mentioned month. The cost of balancing electricity have made up 23 124 458 GEL.

Starting from September 30, 2015, the Electricity System Commercial Operator, JSC has registered the Ltd Hydro Georgia to take part in the wholesale trade as the Small Power Plant.
