From June 1, 2023, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “Khadori 2 HPP” LLC to take part in the wholesale trade as a Small Power Plant in the part of Khadori 2 HPP, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From May 31, 2023, the Electricity Market Operator has cancelled the registration of LLC “Peri”, in the part of Khadori 2 HPP as a Small Power Plant and in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”, it is no more considered as a wholesale trade participant.
In May 2023, the quantity of balancing electricity, purchased (sold) through ESCO was 131 525 100.6 kWh, which represents 10% of total delivery to the grid in mentioned month. The cost of balancing electricity has made up GEL 13 722 266.

In May, the Weighted Average Price of balancing electricity per kWh made up 8.5196638 Tetri, while the price of balancing electricity of the deregulated hydro power plants was 1.857 Tetri.
On June 14, 2023, an electronic tender NAT230012504 was announced to extend the period of use of operating software licenses (databases and operating software packages-CPV48600000) with an estimated cost of GEL 56,850.0. The deadline for submitting bids is 12:00 pm June 22, 2023.
From May 31, 2023, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the LLC “Bildi” to take part in the wholesale trade as a Small Power Plant in the part of Dmanisi HPP, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From May 30, 2023, the Electricity Market Operator has cancelled the registration of LLC “Bildi”, in the part of Dmanisi HPP, as a Power Plant - During the Test Run and/or a Comprehensive Testing and in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”, it is no more considered as a wholesale trade participant.
From May 18, 2023, the Electricity Market Operator has registered “Geoferometal” LLC to take part in the wholesale trade as a Direct Customer, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From May 19, 2023, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “H2” LLC to take part in the wholesale trade as a Wholesale Supplier of Electricity, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From May 19, 2023, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “H2” LLC to take part in the wholesale trade as an importer, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
From May 19, 2023, the Electricity Market Operator has registered the “H2” LLC to take part in the wholesale trade as an exporter, in accordance with the “Electricity (Capacity) Market Rules”.
